Ticket costs lowered for Dallas fundraiser featuring Sarah Palin

The price of tickets for the event has been significantly reduced.
Dallas (WiredPRNews.com) – The price of tickets for a fundraiser in Dallas featuring Sarah Palin has been significantly reduced. As reported by the Star-Telegram, the costs for the gala at the Fairmont Hotel in Dallas, for which the former Alaska governor will be the guest speaker, have gone down from $1,000 to $250 for the Friday evening dinner. The cost for two tickets to the VIP reception is reportedly now $2,000 instead of $25,000.
Organizers are quoted in the report as stating of the price change, “Ticket sales have been reduced to offer a greater number of people an opportunity to attend.” Proceeds will reportedly help benefit the Uptown Women’s Center.
