Hard copies will be mailed - together with the Proxy Statement and Proxy Card - to all eligible Autoliv shareholders around March 20 for the Shareholders Meeting, which will be held on May 3 in Chicago. Hard copies could also be obtained free of charge from the Company, using the address below. Shareholders of record as of March 6, 2007 will be entitled to vote at the Meeting and will receive the documents automatically.
The Swedish version of the Annual Report 2006 will also be available around March 20, 2007.
