Citi announced today that its Global Transaction Services unit has been appointed by Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, LLC (CRM), a leading value investment specialist, to provide a full suite of investor services to a newly formed umbrella fund and two newly launched sub-funds. The Irish-domiciled Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn UCITS PLC Fund products, the CRM Global Opportunities Fund and the CRM US Equity Opportunities Fund are the latest offshore products offered by the U.S.-based investment manager.
Under the terms of the agreement, Citi will provide CRM with a range of investor services, including trustee, custody, administration, transfer agency, cash management and FX for the Irish-domiciled UCITS Funds.
