NEW YORK, Aug. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- MultiPlan, Inc. today announced that on August 11, 2006 it will make available to holders of its 10.375% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2016 the reports called for in Section 1008 of the Indenture dated April 12, 2006.

The reports will be available to Noteholders on the company's secure online data site. Holders of the Notes who do not already have access to this secure online data site may request it by sending an email to 2016notes@multiplan.com.

The Lenders meeting will be held on September 13, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. Information concerning access will be posted on the secure data site on or around September 8, 2006. Registered data site users will receive a notification when this information is posted.
