UK Stocks -- Factors to watch on Thursday Jan 13

LONDON, Jan 13 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 is seen losing 2-7 points at open on Thursday, with investors reluctant to take big positions ahead of a rate decision from the Bank of England and a closely watched Spanish bond auction.
