ARCHBOLD, Ohio, March 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: FMAO) the holding company of The Farmers & Merchants State Bank, with assets of approximately $900 million, at their regular meeting on Friday, March 18, 2011 declared a first quarter dividend of nineteen cents ($0.19) per share. The first quarter dividend is payable on April 20, 2011 to shareholders of record date as of March 29, 2011.

The Farmers & Merchants State Bank is a locally owned and operated community bank that has been serving Northwest Ohio and Northeast Indiana since 1897.
