Israel stocks slip; Makhteshim’s China deal closer

Israel stocks are back again playing defense, led by weakness in Israel Chemicals and bank shares. However, there are pockets of strength in Tel Aviv as well, including gains for Makhteshim-Agan and EZChip Semiconductor.
