(NASDAQ: CORE), one of the largest marketers of fresh and broad-line supply solutions to the convenience retail industry in North America, announced the commencement of a regular quarterly dividend. The Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per common share, which is payable on December 15, 2011 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 15, 2011.
