Lazard Ltd (NYSE:LAZ) announced today that Noah Bulkin has joined the firm as a Managing Director, Financial Advisory, where he will advise large-cap UK companies across a range of sectors on mergers, acquisitions and corporate strategy.

Mr. Bulkin, who is based in London, joins Lazard from Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he was a Managing Director in the Europe, Middle East and Africa M&A team.

Mr. Bulkin spent over thirteen years with Merrill Lynch and was appointed as a Managing Director in 2010.
