Mr. Sowsun serves as the leader of the Airline Services International selling team which is comprised of territory representatives and specialists. Involved in the airline industry for nearly 30 years Stephen’s career took off as he worked his way up to Senior Management at Air Canada from his start of loading airplanes. Today with Airline Services International, Mr. Sowsun is accountable for achieving the regional sales and profitability goals as well as providing direction and leadership to the regional staff, ensuring customer satisfaction and a favorable market share. Stephen is also involved in negotiating on pricing matters with the airlines and the freight forwarders for market selling rates, customer contracts, and spot quotes.

Stephen is an experienced bilingual manager with a proven track record in customer service, operations, and sales. Throughout both his personal and professional life Mr. Sowsun has abided by the Golden Rule of treating others as you would like to be treated. He considers this a factor of his success and a contributing factor to his reputation of providing superlative customer service. Mr. Sowsun has also been responsible for the successful management of the efficient movement of passengers and cargo. His superior leadership, communication, and team motivation skills have made him extremely effective in achieving optimum results over the course of his incredibly impressive career. Mr. Sowsun is most proud of being able to see the arrival of the first Jet Airways passenger flight to Canada as the Jet Airways Airport Manager in Toronto.

During his collegiate career, Stephen earned a Social Science Diploma as a Psychology Major at CEGEP John Abbott College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Administrative Studies from the York University, Joseph E. Atkinson Faculty of Liberal and Professional Studies. He serves as Treasurer and Chairman of the Airline Operators Committee.
