Shares of online games purveyor Zynga (ZNGA) are down 34 cents, or 2.5%, at $13.42, apparently in response to an article this afternoon by Bloomberg‘ s Jon Erlichman and Douglas MacMillan stating the company will do a follow-on offering of shares to the public, citing anonymous sources.
The shares apparently would come from individual shareholders, not from issuance of new shares, the authors write.
