Gov. Sam Brownback: 'Pink Slime' Is Perfectly Safe
"Pink slime" - officially called "lean finely textured beef" - is getting a bum rap, Gov. Sam Brownback said Friday. And he wants consumers and purveyors to know that it's a "safe, wholesome product."
