("Probe") (TSX VENTURE:PBR.H) - As previously announced, Probe today reconvened its annual general and special meeting (the "Meeting") and further adjourned the Meeting until 2:30 p.m. (Calgary time) on Friday, April 20th, 2012 in the Viking A Room of The Petroleum Club, 319 - 5th Avenue S.W., Calgary, Alberta.

The deadline for the deposit of proxies for the Meeting, as further remove greyadjourned, with Probe's transfer agent, Computershare Trust Company of Canada, 9th floor, 100 University Avenue, Toronto, ON M5J 2Y1, is extended until 4:00 p.m. (Calgary time) on Wednesday, April 18th, 2012.

A Probe shareholder who has submitted a proxy may revoke it by instrument in writing executed by the Probe shareholder or his attorney authorized in writing, or, if the Probe shareholder is a corporation, under its corporate seal and executed by a director, officer or attorney thereof duly authorized, and deposited either at the office of Computershare Trust Company of Canada, 9th floor, 100 University Avenue, Toronto, ON M5J 2Y1, on or before the last business day preceding the day of the reconvened Meeting or with the chairman of the Meeting prior to the commencement of the Meeting on the day of the Meeting, and upon such deposit the previous proxy is revoked.
