Cullen/Frost Bankers Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend

SAN ANTONIO, April 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. board of directors declared a second quarter cash dividend of $.48 per common share, an increase from the previous dividend of $.46 per common share.  The dividend is payable June 15, 2012 to shareholders of record on June 1 of this year.
