Denny's (NASDAQ: DENN), America's leader in family dining, is revving-up their restaurants with the Race In To Win Sweepstakes through a joint promotion with the Coca-Cola(R) Racing Family. Over the next 10 weeks, Denny's is the ultimate pit stop for fun, giving guests a chance to win millions of great prizes. The Coca-Cola Racing Family is a group of popular NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series drivers that are featured in Coca-Cola NASCAR marketing campaigns.

While drivers of the Coca-Cola Racing Family are finding their groove for the last races of the season, Denny's guests and loyal racing fans can cruise into their local restaurants from September 12 through November 19 to pick up a scratch off card with the purchase of a meal and a Coca-Cola beverage. Individuals can also receive a scratch card with no purchase necessary by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Denny's/Coca-Cola Racing Program. With more than 49 million scratch-off cards distributed, odds for winning a prize are 1 in 5. All scratch cards expire December 31, 2006, so fans can't afford to stall on this promotion.
The Race In To Win promotion also includes a Grand Prize VIP Race and four First Prizes for VIP Racing trips. The Grand Prize winner will receive a Ride-Along Weekend for two in Atlanta including a thrill-packed ride in an actual racecar and meet and greets with members of the Coca-Cola Racing Family, tickets to all the weekend events, hotel, airfare and transportation, as well as other great hospitality events that weekend. The four First Prizes include VIP Racing trips for two to Atlanta, Charlotte, Las Vegas or Daytona Beach. Winners will meet the members of the Coca-Cola Racing Family, receive tickets to the weekend racing events, weekend hospitality packages, and exclusive tours with all inclusive hotel, airfare and transportation. Other scratch-off prizes include free appetizers, desserts and beverages redeemable next time guests refuel at a Denny's.

In addition, Denny's restaurants in five race markets will host a racing showcar offering on-site simulated rides and prize giveaways during race week. The events will coincide with the races in Charlotte, NC (Oct. 14), Martinsville, VA (Oct. 22), Ft. Worth, TX (Nov. 5), Phoenix, AZ (Nov. 12) and Miami, FL (Nov. 19).
