Newlook recently appointed DNTW Chartered Accountants LLP as the Company's auditors. DNTW are currently completing their field work and require additional time to complete their audit process. As a result, the Company intends to file its Annual Audited Financial Statements and MD&A in the near future, and anticipates this will occur prior to May 15, 2012.
