CTI Group Reports First Quarter 2012 Results

CTI Group (Holdings) Inc. (OTCQB: CTIG), an international provider of electronic invoice processing and management ("EIM"), and call accounting management and recording ("CAMRA") applications, reported results for the three months ended March 31, 2012. Revenues for the three months ended March 31, 2012 increased to $4,367,837, as compared to revenues for the three months ended March 31, 2011 of $4,116,366. The Company reported net income for the three months ended March 31, 2012 of $113,530 or $0.00 per share, as compared to a net loss of ($342,516), or ($0.01) per share, for the three months ended March 31, 2011. The increase in revenues and net income for the three months ended March 31, 2012 was primarily attributable to increases in demand for EIM products and services in the United Kingdom and CAMRA products and services in the United States and realization of cost containment measures implemented in the prior year.

Commenting on the results, John Birbeck, CTI Group's President and CEO, stated, "We are encouraged by the continued improvement in our results. We generated a profit for the fourth quarter of 2011 and we are pleased to report increases in revenues and profitability in the first quarter of 2012."
