Home prices get spring lift, but what's next?

S&P's latest Case-Shiller report finds home prices in the first quarter hitting a new post-housing crisis low, and also a sign of possible stability in March. S&P's Maureen Maitland hopes it's the first sign of a spring renewal, one that won't fade when the seasons change.
