One Nineteen, a Leawood shopping center known for tenants exclusive to the market, has sold to Glimcher Realty Trust for $67.5 million, the Kansas City Business Journal reports. The deal gives Glimcher (NYSE: GRT) a solid foothold in the 119th Street and Roe Avenue shopping area. The real estate investment trust bought nearby Town Center Plaza in a deal valued at $139 million late last year. RED Development LLC previously owned One Nineteen.
