Facebook Likely To Address IPO Lawsuits With Filing

Facebook (FB) is looking to untangle its messy initial public offering by seeking to consolidate all the shareholder lawsuits against the company, the New York Times DealBook reported. Such a motion is expected to be filed in the District Court for the Southern District of New York sometime Friday. The lead underwriters, Morgan Stanley (MS), Goldman Sachs (GS) and JPMorgan (JPM) are expected to join in the motion. It would be the first time
