Sandusky defense can argue he has psychiatric disorder

Jerry Sandusky's defense will be allowed to call an expert witness to testify that some of his behaviour and letters are manifestations of a personality disorder, not evidence that he was "grooming" young boys for sex, the judge in his child sexual abuse trial ruled Friday.
