BRCM, QCOM: Cantor Starts at Buy Despite Economic Concerns

Chip makers Broadcom (BRCM) and Qualcomm (QCOM) both got the thumbs up this afternoon from Cantor Fitzgerald‘s Dale Pfau, who starts the stocks with Buy ratings, and a $66 target on QCOM and a $40 target on BRCM.
