Schapiro: SEC money-fund draft rule circulating

Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Mary Schapiro acknowledges that top agency officials have privately received a 337-page proposal for reform of the $2.7 trillion money-market fund industry, adding that funds could choose between two approaches under consideration.
