Northern,WI  7/24/2012  (StreetBeat)  --  Imogo (OTC:IMTC): 3 Reason to Avoid this Stock; I was reading the filings for IMTC after getting an email from SmallCap Voice, who reach out to their email list regularly as a market awareness tool for small stocks. I noticed in the filings that they lost $108k last quarter and were looking for $25k in funding to continue with whatever operating strategy was tossed about by management. Cloud computing is a crowded field with large, well funded players and few small companies can get any marketshare versus Apple, VMware or Google.  I also scoff at any public company who think they can get by with a $25k budget for anything.  I would interested to undersatnd what they do and how they plan to do it, but for now there are more than 3 reasons to avoid this stock.
