BOSTON, Aug. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- PAREXEL International Corporation (Nasdaq: PRXL) announced today that James F. Winschel, Jr., Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will transition to the position of Executive Vice President at PAREXEL upon appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer.  A search for Mr. Winschel's successor is currently underway, and both internal and external candidates are being considered.  Mr. Winschel will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer until his successor is appointed and will then help facilitate a smooth transition of financial leadership of the Company.  Mr. Winschel plans to retire in 2014.
