The Dow Now: Financial Stocks Losing Steam

MINYANVILLE ORIGINAL Disappointing Chinese export growth numbers dragged down US equities Friday with the Dow Jones Industrial Average (^DJI) down 0.10% (13.13 points) to 13 152.06 points as of 12:00 p.m. EDT.   The Dow had been down as much as 70 points earlier in the morning but climbed a little as the euro rose against the US dollar. 29.55 million shares of Dow components have traded hands thus far today.   Alcoa (AA) paced all gainers up 1.16% to $8.96 as it continued its upward momentum swing.
