If you’ve been following my blog, you’d know that I’ve been talking about a "super rally" for the past 3 weeks. As the market awaited for the ECB, we hung on to our positions on the long side. On Thursday morning, the ECB announced its bond buying plans without increase interest rates. Last night, China came out with its own infrastructure stimulus plans, sending industrial stocks soaring today!
These past 2 days, we’ve been cashing out on our positions, booking solid gains. Last week, I wrote an article, comparing AAPL and GOOG in a race to $700. In the article, I said that GOOG would soon go above $700. GOOG went above $712 today, a new multi-year high. We took profits on both Sept monthly and weekly calls, both scoring +136% profit!
We also took a quick overnight earnings play on ULTA for a +68% gain. GOLD calls gave us a +131% win. LNKD, which we could have held on to for another $10, also scored a +100% profit! Here are the closed trades for the week:

The global markets are on new breakouts; many are at multi-year highs! It also seems like global central banks are in collaboration to ensure the global financial markets stay healthy. I think we’ll see much higher highs before the year’s end. The retail investors are still mostly not in the market, and, there are still many, many professionals not believing in this market.
Perhaps it’s because the presidential election is coming. Politicians are hesitant to paint a bright(er) picture. Well soon, they might not have a choice!
