Jabil Circuit this morning said it has agreed to buy Nypro, a privately held Clinton, Mass.-based provider of manufactured precision plastic products for customers in the healthcare, packaging and consumer electronics sector, for $665 million in cash. The company plans to fund the transaction with existing cash and credit facilities.
