Stocks Stumble As Volatility Makes Big Comeback

Investors got a reminder that the stock market is not completely devoid of risk Monday, when worries over a split election in Italy led to a wild trading session in Milan and helped drag equities lower on this side of the Atlantic as volatility surged.
