Hogan: Lehman was too aggressive, regulation was too passive

Art Hogan, chief market strategist at Jeffries & Company, tells Andrew O'Day Lehman Brothers became "the poster child for 'we don't know how far we can go, so we're going to go too far until we find out.'"
