Saint Patrick’s Day is just around the corner. Next to Christmas it’s one of my favorite days of the year. Seriously -  there’s not a lick of Irish in me but I enjoy it just the same. How many other days during the year is it perfectly acceptable to gorge yourself on corned beef cabbage and beer?
