Throughout his brilliant professional career, Mr. Cavanaugh has consistently displayed the passion, vision, and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

Robert is the Owner and Director of RJC Accounting Services, which is a company with a strong focus on small business improvements that offers a variety of services, including accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, income tax services, training, advisory/consulting services, and insolvency consulting. Prior to starting his company, Mr. Cavanaugh spent over 37 years with the Department of National Defence, serving several finance and accounting functions in the positions of Internal Auditor Manager, Risk Management Adviser, and Director of Management Consulting Services.

In addition to serving as a member of the Canadian Forces in various financial positions Robert advanced from a junior clerk to management level roles over a period which includes his work in the private sector as a controller and 9 years of service as a public servant. Robert also spent 12 years as a Fellow Member of the Certified Management Accountants of New Brunswick.
