Florida Citrus Sports (FCSports or FCS) is a not-for-profit membership organization dedicated to increasing community spirit and pride, promoting tourism, stimulating economic development and ultimately benefiting charities, educational institutions and the quality of life in Central Florida through its signature events: The Capital One Bowl, the Champs Sports Bowl, the Fresh from Florida Parade, the Florida Classic, the Florida Citrus Sports Shootout and the OUC Half Marathon and 5K.

Mr. Wert focuses his practice on business litigation, with an emphasis in construction litigation, creditors’ rights, contract disputes and real estate litigation. He is also Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Orlando office.

Mr. Wert earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
