Cypress Village to Introduce “Next Generation of Home Designs” in Orange County

Cypress Village, the Irvine Company’s newest community within the Villages of Irvine, is set to grand open on Saturday, May 4, 2013.

Conveniently located in Northeast Irvine along Jeffrey Road at Trabuco Road, three neighborhoods, built by Irvine Pacific®, include single-family homes that are the perfect opportunity for new homebuyers with young families to live close to award-winning schools, world-class shopping and dining, and abundant parks and trails.

On May 4 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., homebuyers will be able to tour nine professionally-decorated model homes and, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. enjoy refreshments, live entertainment and fun activities designed for the entire family – including face painting and a performing magician. Visitors will receive a “Passport to Adventure” and if they tour all three Marigold, Magnolia and Mulberry neighborhoods and collect all of the adventure stamps, they will be entered to win a taste of Irvine Spectrum Center® – 12 gift cards to various restaurants in Irvine Spectrum Center.

All of the homes in the 2013 Irvine Pacific Collection at Cypress Village will be designed and built according to standards established by Build It Green, a non-profit organization in California that promotes healthy, energy and resource-efficient homes throughout the state. The homes will incorporate a wide range of materials, finishes, appliances and energy systems that exceed California building and energy code requirements.
