Concurrently, the rating agency affirmed the insurer financial strength (“IFS”) at ‘BBB’ of Bankers Life and Casualty Company, Bankers Conseco Life Insurance Company, Colonial Penn Life Insurance Company and Washington National Insurance Company, the company’s insurance subsidiaries.
